The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR) place a duty on employers, the self-employed and people in control of work premises to report work-related deaths, serious injuries, occupational diseases and dangerous occurrences to the Health and Safety Executive.

The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR) place a duty on employers, the self-employed and people in control of work premises to report work-related deaths, serious injuries, occupational diseases and dangerous occurrences to the Health and Safety Executive. They also set out special requirements for gas-related incidents.

The 2013 Regulations apply in England, Wales and Scotland. In Northern Ireland, similar duties apply under the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997.
