It also provides information about the Acas Code of Practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures (which applies in England, Wales and Scotland) and the Labour Relations Agency Code of Practice (which applies in Northern Ireland). These codes set out what employers should do to ensure that they meet their obligations when dealing with disciplinary and grievance matters.
